Promoting Justice Through the Practice of Law 

Joe began his professional career as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Navarro County, Texas. He began in traffic court and quickly worked his way up to the prosecution of felony cases. Subsequently, he was hired as an Assistant County and District Attorney for Ellis County, Texas. As a felony prosecutor his primary caseload involved the prosecution of miscellaneous felony offenses and probation revocation cases. He also was responsible for administering both the asset seizure and bond forfeiture collection programs.
Following his tenure in the Ellis County District Attorney's Office Joe entered private practice, with criminal jury trial experience at all criminal punishment ranges: from simple misdemeanors to Capital Murder.

Mr. Gallo was named "Best Lawyer" and “Best Law Firm” by the Waxahachie Daily Light in their 2014 "Best of the Best" reader’s poll.

His very successful law office consisted exclusively of the practice of criminal law, and he obtained a perfect 10 rating from AVVO and has more than 100  “5 starreviews from his clients.

10.0Joseph Ross Gallo

Joe was also appointed to the position of Waxahachie Municipal Court Judge, where he presided for five years. He was the primary advocate for improving dated court processes and policies. He worked tirelessly to improve court operations to be both more efficient and more user friendly to the citizens. Joe established a strong judicial reputation for being professional, efficient, and balanced.
